The Breville Joule is the odd one out among circulators — short, magnetic-footed and clamp-free — and generic lids leave it swimming in an oversized hole. This container was cut for it specifically: a 48 mm side-mounted opening grips the Joule’s cylinder snugly, keeping it vertical and sealed while the magnet holds the base.
Everything else follows the EVERIE playbook. The lid’s hinge sits close to the machine, so the far section folds open for refills and bag checks without disturbing the cooker. The seal keeps overnight evaporation to a trickle, and the lid’s snug fit doubles as a bag clamp — sealed pouches stay under the surface instead of bobbing up.
The 48 mm side mount is machined for the Breville Joule alone — no wobble, no steam gap, no adapter rings.
A sealed surface means 24-hour cooks end with the water level essentially untouched.
The lid folds open on the far side of the cooker, leaving the Joule undisturbed during checks.
The snug lid pins floating bags below the waterline — no separate clips or weights needed.
EVERIE says it plainly: Joule only. If you run an Anova, the EVC-12 sibling is the right cut.
For Breville Joule owners tired of foil, cling film and ping-pong-ball workarounds — this is the container the Joule should have shipped with.
