Owner's notes

Check your circulator model first: this lid fits the Nano family and Instant Pot only — the older Bluetooth/WiFi Anova needs a different cut.
Fill to at least the circulator’s minimum line before mounting; the lid seals so well that evaporation will not save you from a low start.
Wash the container by hand with warm water — polycarbonate keeps its clarity far longer away from dishwasher heat.
